A magnificent event occurred in a small village beneath a sky decorated with a celestial spectacle. A stable protected the start of a new era, not amid the opulence of palaces but in the most modest places. As she held her newborn baby, Jesus, in her arms, Mary, a young lady full of grace, held the promise of hope and salvation.
Instead of echoing through the corridors of power, the news of Jesus's birth echoed in the meek hearts of hillside shepherds. There was a baby in the manger in Bethlehem, and there was hope for a restored bond between humanity and its Creator.
A new era began to emerge on the earth as the starry night guarded the little stable. Christmas, commemorating the birth of Jesus, is a constant reminder that love can change the world and that simplicity can have great significance.
